Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active Secret security clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in research, policy, strategy, or professional services.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, based on work and clients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients adopt, govern, and scale AI and other emerging technologies.
• Conduct primary and secondary research; synthesize findings into executive insights.
• Produce concise, well-structured writing for executive audiences, including AI strategy briefings and governance papers.
• Contribute to AI governance policies and operating policies for deployment across the organization.
• Understand how org structures and governance evolve with AI adoption.
• Track developments in generative AI and related tech; articulate impacts on work and business models.
