Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice seeks an AI Security Manager to lead engagements on AI governance, risk, and security strategy for enterprise clients. You will translate business and regulatory objectives into governance frameworks, controls, and risk operating models while guiding cross‑functional teams from assessment to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting, incl AI/ML risk.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks and risk operating models.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and AI risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk operating model design for clients adopting generative AI and agentic systems.
• Translate objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite into AI governance frameworks and control operating models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy while reviewing governance artifacts, policy documents, and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations across strategy-led AI security programs.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations leaders to translate strategic recommendations into implementable technical requirements.
• Shape solutions during pursuits through workshops, executive briefings, proposals, estimates, and delivery plans; develop reusable cyber strategy assets.
