Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience, including senior-level roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the quarterly AI Security roadmap, including intake, prioritization, governance, publication, and execution tracking.
• Lead roadmap governance forums and priority planning sessions with security leaders and partners.
• Develop executive dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across security orgs.
• Foster strong partner relationships across Security Operations, GRC, Third-Party Risk, and Architecture.
• Design and monitor program performance metrics and operating rhythms with AI-enabled improvements.
