Job summary

Endor Labs seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own AI-enabled AppSec capabilities within the Endor platform. You’ll define the integration of AppSec features into AI developer tooling, productizing agentic capabilities to speed security reviews.

You’ll work with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-grade, AI-first experiences for modern AppSec teams, balancing cost and latency while shaping the product roadmap with customer feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading developer-facing platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IDEs, and code analysis concepts.
• Experience productizing AI/agent-based systems and defining guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Prioritize features and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define agentic workflows with inputs, outputs, SLAs and success metrics for enterprise AI security.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
