Job summary

Endor Labs is seeking a founding Principal Product Security Engineer to set and execute the security strategy for our platform. You’ll work with the Head of Security & IT to define secure architecture, threat models, and scalable controls that protect code, containers, and runtimes.

You will build and evangelize security tooling, guide product roadmap decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure secure-by-default software across the Endor Labs platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in application or product security with leadership.
• Proven track record building security tooling at scale.
• Able to influence product roadmap across teams.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and AI agents to security.
• Deep threat modeling and secure architecture skills.
• Comfort leading in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
