Job summary

Endor Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own AI product capabilities across the Endor platform, focusing on integrating AppSec features into the AI developer tooling.

AI is the core execution fabric; you will productize agentic capabilities that make security teams faster and more accurate, translating AppSec use cases into reliable agent workflows with clear inputs, outputs, SLAs, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical product management experience in developer-focused platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, IDEs, and code analysis workflows.
• Ability to productize AI or agent-based systems with defined guardrails and success metrics.
• Strong technical depth with solid product judgment and execution.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, sales engineers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for your product area, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Prioritize features and guide engineering from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Define AI-first platform capabilities, selecting which agents and tools to build while balancing cost and latency.
• Work with marketing, sales, and enablement to craft messaging and support product launches.
• Use data to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
