Job summary

AI Security Startup is seeking a Product Manager at Senior/Principal/Director levels to own end-to-end outcomes for security-focused products serving both AI builders and defenders. You will closely partner with security researchers, translate attacker behavior into product requirements, and drive autonomous capabilities in the offensive domain.

You’ll participate directly in customer talks, shape strategy, and work with engineering to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity depth with technical teams and products
• Offensive security background (red team, pentesting, adversary emulation) preferred
• 5+ years in product or 2-3 years if offense background is strong
• Builder who prototypes and ships
• Startup DNA with resource constraints
• AI-native perspective on PM role

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the builder half of the business
• Level up offensive product to be fully autonomous
• Collaborate with security research to understand attacker behavior
• Participate in customer calls and convert feedback into product
• Leverage AI to cut through noise across pipeline, signals, engineering and field
• Ensure the field knows what to sell and why it wins
