Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, and platform engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems, application architecture, and enterprise platform design.
• Proven expertise in AI/LLM consumption patterns, AI platform integration, and secure AI application development.
• Deep understanding of AI security risks, vulnerability management, and remediation practices.
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation programs, including analysis, prioritization, and mitigation of AI-related security findings (e.g., Mythos scans).
• Experience developing remediation roadmaps and driving enterprise-wide security modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, OWASP, authentication, authorization, encryption, and API security.
• Hands-on experience with Java ecosystem modernization, including JDK upgrades, dependency management, and framework modernization.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DevSecOps, and release engineering capabilities.
• Strong cloud, containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation experience.
• Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and drive adoption of engineering standards and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines technology tool stack for the solution and evaluates new testing tool/frameworks/practices for teams.
• Enables CI/CD capabilities and collaborates with stakeholders for efficient CI-CD pipelines.
• Guides teams on design and best practices for high code performance.
• Delivers end-to-end complex features for multiple teams at program level.
• Conducts design prototyping and exploration activities for release management, CI/CD, and features.
• Works with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs and with architects for requirements.
• Leads identification, triage, prioritization, and remediation of AI-related vulnerabilities.
• Builds developer productivity solutions that accelerate secure software delivery.
• Drives platform modernization initiatives, including JDK upgrades and debt reduction.
• Enables rapid-release capabilities for critical vulnerability remediation.
• Partners with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams to establish standards.
• Develops automation that reduces remediation lead times and improves efficiency.
• Champions secure AI adoption and best practices for AI-powered development.
