EY is seeking a security leader to embed AI security across the lifecycle, turning threats into practical controls. You will work with product and engineering teams, proving controls under adversarial conditions and developing reusable patterns for scalable security in AI deployments.

The Challenger program at EY focuses on delivering new services and operationalizing secure AI at scale. You will influence risk decisions, design robust security controls, and mentor engineers across diverse teams

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in product, application, cloud, platform, or detection security, including hands‑on ownership of production controls.
• Threat modeling: demonstrated ability to assess complex systems and turn attack paths into practical engineering measures.
• Production security: securing modern applications, cloud environments, identities, data, and software delivery pipelines.
• AI systems knowledge: understanding of generative and agentic AI, including retrieval, model access, tool use, evaluation, and runtime behavior.
• Hands‑on automation: building or extending security tests, controls, telemetry, or reference implementations.
• Cross‑functional delivery: partnering with engineers and risk functions to improve security while respecting user value and delivery constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Set the security direction with reusable AI security patterns and reference architectures.
• Join builders early to identify attack paths and shape controls.
• Design scoped authority for identity, access, isolation, approvals, and recovery.
• Protect sensitive information across the data lifecycle with confidentiality, integrity, provenance, and access controls.
• Secure the delivery path by integrating automated tests, policy gates, and trusted artifacts.
• Test adversarially through red-team exercises and translate findings into repeatable tests and patterns.
• Build runtime protection using evidence and signals to detect abnormal actions and privilege misuse.
• Strengthen response with clear evidence, containment options, and recovery actions.
• Advise on residual risk with concise technical recommendations to leadership.
• Build shared capability by creating reference implementations and coaching engineers.
