Job summary

EY is seeking a security-focused professional to embed defensible AI security across data, tools, and business processes. You will work with product and engineering teams to prove controls under adversarial conditions and replace ad-hoc reviews with reusable, measurable patterns.

You’ll build end-to-end security controls, run red-team exercises, and guide risk-aware decisions with clear evidence and recovery options. This role requires up to 50% travel in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in security for product, cloud, or platform delivery.
• Hands-on ownership of production security controls across modern apps and cloud environments.
• Ability to model threats and translate into preventive and detective measures.
• Experience in secure software delivery pipelines and incidence response.

Responsibilities

• Set security direction with reusable AI security patterns and threat models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape controls early.
• Design practical patterns for identity, access, isolation, and recovery.
• Embed security across the data lifecycle preserving confidentiality and provenance.
• Integrate automated security tests, policy gates, and traceable changes.
• Run focused red-team exercises and convert findings into repeatable tests.
• Build runtime protection with evidence-based detection of abnormal actions.
• Support vulnerability triage and incidents with clear evidence and recovery actions.
• Provide concise risk recommendations to product and risk leaders.
• Create reference implementations and coach engineers for reusable controls.
