EY Challenger is a new program aimed at building the firm’s next generation of AI-enabled services. This builder role works with product and engineering teams to embed security across data, tools and processes, proving controls under adversarial conditions and turning reviews into reusable patterns with measurable coverage.

You’ll design threat models, reference architectures and end‑to‑end security tests, and coach engineers to adopt safer patterns.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with production security and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of generative AI security, retrieval, and tool use.
• Hands-on automation of security tests and telemetry.

Responsabilidades

• Set reusable AI security patterns and threat models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams early.
• Design practical identity, access, and recovery patterns.
• Embed security across data lifecycle and governance.
• Integrate automated security tests and policy gates.
• Lead red-team exercises and capture repeatable tests.
• Provide risk-focused technical recommendations to leadership.
