Noma Security is seeking a Senior Customer Operationalization Engineer to help customers deploy, integrate, and operate the platform in production environments. You will translate customer use cases into reliable configurations, automation, and operational workflows, working with the Customer Solutions Architect to ensure scalable outcomes.

You’ll be the hands-on technical resource for complex post-sales engagements, solving problems across AI, security, and cloud domains while driving adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or similar for diagnostics and automation.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to lead technical customer conversations and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with emphasis on scalable, reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans.
• Support deployment and optimization through architecture guidance, configuration advice, APIs, scripts, automation, and best practices.
• Lead technical deep dives, diagnose configuration and integration issues, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering.
• Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Security, and Support to channel customer insights back into the platform.
