Job summary

Noma Security in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to own strategic post-sales relationships and help customers mature their AI security and governance programs. You will combine solutions engineering with long‑term ownership of outcomes, working with security leaders and CISOs to discover use cases, drive adoption, and articulate measurable value across the AI lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Security, Support, and Customer

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing cybersecurity roles.
Strong AI technologies and architectures including LLMs and AI agents.
Ability to move between CISO-level strategy, GRC and technical discussions.

Responsibilities

Own post-sales relationships for a focused portfolio of enterprise customers.
Understand each customer’s AI environment, security program, priorities, and risks; identify new use cases.
Define measurable outcomes, drive adoption, and articulate security and business value.
Partner with Sales on account strategy and identify new stakeholders for expansion.
Coordinate Product, Research, Engineering, Security, Support, and Customer Ops resources while feeding insights back to Noma.
