Noma Security is seeking a Senior Customer Operationalization Engineer to help customers deploy, integrate, and operate Noma in production environments. You’ll translate customer use cases into reliable configurations, integrations, automation, and operational workflows alongside the Customer Solutions Architect.

This role suits a highly technical, customer-facing engineer who thrives on solving complex problems at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and cloud environments, turning one-off

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to write scripts in Python or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills to lead customer conversations.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with scalable, reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer use cases into technical requirements and production-readiness plans.
• Provide deployment and optimization guidance through architecture advice, configurations, APIs, scripts, and automation.
• Lead technical deep dives to diagnose issues and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering.
• Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows with workshops and playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to channel customer insights back into the platform.
