Job summary

BILL is hiring a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to lead secure deployment of AI/ML systems. You’ll craft gateways, orchestration, and security policies across multiple providers while embedding security in the development lifecycle.

You’ll drive a formal red-teaming program and mentor engineers to raise BILL's AI security maturity. You will partner with platform, engineering, and IT teams, acting as a builder and enabler rather than a gatekeeper.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling security systems in high-growth environments.
• Strong security background in AI/ML pipelines and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure AI gateways and policy orchestration across models/providers.
• Lead formal AI red-teaming to uncover vulnerabilities before production.
