Job summary

BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company redefining how businesses automate their work. We are hiring a Sr. Staff AI Security Engineer to lead secure deployment of AI/ML systems, focusing on LLM vulnerabilities and orchestration layers.

You will partner with platform, engineering and IT to embed security by default in the AI lifecycle. You will own the AI security roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive practical remediation across input manipulation, supply chain, and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling security systems in high-growth environments.
• Deep knowledge of Python or Go for tooling development.
• Strong understanding of LLM attack vectors and security best practices.
• Experience designing secure API gateways and orchestration layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure AI gateways and policy orchestration layers.
• Stand up a formal AI red-teaming program to identify vulnerabilities.
• Lead AI security roadmap and advise senior leadership on risk.
• Embed security into the AI development lifecycle and foster collaboration.
