Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering secure, governed, and resilient AI deployments. You will own outcomes such as reduced attack surface and measurable security posture improvements using AI tooling and production-grade controls.

You will work within Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine (RDE) Pod on 90-day delivery cycles, leading architecture discussions and security patterns across multiple client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, GRC).
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Minimum 8 years end-to-end security delivery ownership experience in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale: OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and related defenses.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack: IAM, data pipeline, model serving security.
• Lead AI governance framework implementation: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and model risk management in live production systems.
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, and accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
• Demonstrate cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security).
• Assist with proposal/SOW development and client engagement.
