Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering production-grade AI security solutions. You will own outcomes, reduce attack surfaces, and ensure secure AI deployments across multi-stakeholder environments.

You will use Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot and drive governance frameworks in live production settings. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architecture design, and executive-level communication,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area
• 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
• 8+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments
• 8+ years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years with Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at program scale
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client executives
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and accelerators
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops
• Demonstrate cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline
• Prepare proposals, SOWs, and client engagements
• Facilitate executive workshops and C-suite communications
• Team leadership and coaching of managers and consultants
• Travel may be required to client sites
