Job summary

Thrive is seeking a client-facing Senior AI Security Architect to help organizations adopt AI safely, securely, and responsibly through validated security, compliance, governance, and data protection controls. This role is the technical authority for AI security architecture within AI Services.

You will work with Microsoft Advisory and Thrive's teams to assess readiness, design governance controls, and support architecture decisions that enable scalable AI adoption for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, governance, or compliance consulting.
• Hands-on Microsoft Purview assessment and implementation experience.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Experience leading customer-facing engagements.
• Experience with AI security, data protection, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purview assessments and implementation engagements.
• Conduct AI security readiness assessments with Microsoft Advisory.
• Perform Microsoft 365 AI security reviews and data exposure findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance controls with AI deployments.
• Deliver actionable remediation plans and risk mitigations.
• Present findings to executive stakeholders.
