Job summary

CrowdStrike in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a senior software leader to define and implement key components of our new cloud architecture, delivering low-latency, scalable services and collaborating with desktop agent and AI teams.

You will drive hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and mentor engineers while owning critical technology decisions. This hybrid role offers strong compensation and an equity-based package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Mentorship and developing teams through code reviews and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
