Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an AI SDLC Engineer to scale agentic AI across the software development lifecycle, building platforms and workflows that let engineers ship faster.

You will partner with engineering teams to identify friction and create automated, agent-driven capabilities while considering compute and model spend. You will design robust workflows, improve grounding and routing, and develop observability tooling to provide confidence in agent performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience, ideally with production Kubernetes systems.
• Hands-on experience building or operating LLM‑agent infrastructure — harnesses, tool‑integration protocols, subagent orchestration, or similar.
• Strong understanding of LLM application mechanics: context windows, prompt design, caching, and reasoning/latency tradeoffs.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
• Comfort working from ambiguous, evolving specs.
• Go and/or Python proficiency.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, observability tooling, or cost/governance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that automate SDLC from code generation to release.
• Improve context-grounding systems to resolve right info on first try.
• Tune model-routing to match best-suited model and cost efficiency.
• Build observability dashboards, usage insights, benchmark suites for engineer confidence.
• Establish internal benchmarks for bug detection, review quality, latency, empirically validated.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate high-friction workflows with agents.
• Contribute to responsible AI adoption across the organization.
