Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI industry experience.
• BS, MS or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics, OR or equivalent.
• Hands-on ML experience across supervised/unsupervised, DL, NLP.
• Experience building end-to-end pipelines from data to model output.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum team and design model solutions with end-to-end architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers on experiments.
• Lead efforts to define success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Perform hands-on data cleaning, feature engineering, and modeling.
• Run A/B tests and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Explore new ML technologies and drive deployment into production.
