Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff AI Scientist to join the Intuit AI team and build models that directly affect hundreds of thousands of our customers. You will be building and deploying machine learning models using both analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in AI science.
• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, CS, economics, OR, or related field.
• Hands-on expertise in ML paradigms (Causal‑ML, supervised/unsupervised, Online, Bayesian, RL, DL).
• Proficient in NLP, Explainable AI, and ML frameworks.
• Strong programming in Python/Scala/Java/R; SQL/Hive/SparkSQL; Linux.

Responsibilities

• Leads a scrum team, designs model solutions, and ensures high-quality code and deployment standards.
• Collaborates with product managers, software engineers, and designers on experiments and MVPs.
• Performs hands-on data analysis, ETL, and feature engineering on large datasets.
• Applies ML techniques to real-world problems and runs A/B tests to measure impact.
• Communicates results to peers and leaders and drives end-to-end delivery.
