Job summary

Intuit is hiring a Staff AI Scientist to join the AI team in Mountain View. You will build and deploy ML models using analytical algorithms and deep learning to impact hundreds of thousands of customers.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers, lead a scrum team, and own end-to-end model development from data to deployment, including experimentation and feature engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience with AI science.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI science and influence teams.
• Define success criteria with stakeholders and align model metrics with business goals.
• Lead a scrum team's end-to-end architecture and ensure high-quality code and implementation standards.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling on large datasets, including ETL and featurization.
• Apply NLP and ML techniques to real-world problems and datasets.
• Run A/B tests and communicate results to peers and leaders.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure successful delivery and integration of DS solutions.
