Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical informatics, computing, data science, AI, or related field required or MD with Master’s degree.
• Strong expertise in modern ML, including deep learning and transformers.
• Experience with AI for molecular dynamics, structure design, and multi-modal drug discovery.
• Excellent communication and leadership for a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Set lab direction and align projects with scientific needs and future potential.
• Lead selection of AI algorithms, data sources, and experiments for impactful findings.
• Allocate resources, equipment, funding, and personnel time effectively.
• Mentor researchers and interns toward lab and project goals.
• Identify grant opportunities and support external funding efforts.
• Collaborate with industry partners to advance aims and disseminate results.
• Publish findings and present at scientific venues.
