Job summary

FAR.AI is seeking a Senior Programs & Strategy Manager to ensure every event has a clear intellectual purpose, shaping agendas, proposing speakers, and guiding post-event impact. You will own pre-event content, drive speaker coordination, and ensure coherence across a growing slate of events.

Collaborating with the in-house research team and external partners, you will design programming that is rigorous and strategically considered, reporting to the Head of Programs.

Qualifications

• Agenda design experience for technical, academic, or policy-focused events.

Responsibilities

• Agenda design & curation for events portfolio (12+ events/year).
• Pre-event content ownership: framing documents, speaker briefings, and post-event materials.
• Attendee targeting and communications: build target participant lists and invitations.
• Post-event continuity & impact: design follow-on formats and track value.
• Stakeholder & field relationships: manage relationships with researchers, policymakers, and field-builders.
