Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining, seeks a Senior AI Risk Analyst to own and improve AI risk assessments and governance across our organization. You will work hands-on in Credo AI, align with Legal and Cybersecurity, and drive risk-aware AI adoption.

Responsibilities include building risk workflows, vendor risk reviews, and governance playbooks, while monitoring standards like NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act to keep policies current.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI or technology risk, compliance, information security, or IT governance.
• 2+ years focused specifically on AI or machine learning risk.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, risk assessments, or governance reporting.
• Knowledge of AI risk and governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or equivalent).
• Experience evaluating third-party AI/SaaS vendor contracts for data rights and audit rights.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end AI use case risk assessments using Victaulic's 41-item risk checklist across six phases.
• Administer and improve AI risk workflows in Credo AI, including intake forms, risk-scoring logic, evidence, and dashboards.
• Apply a three-tier risk classification model to AI agents, generative tools, and MCP/connectors.
• Lead AI vendor and contract risk reviews with Legal and Procurement.
• Build and maintain repeatable governance processes and playbooks for intake and reassessment.
• Prepare risk findings and metrics for the AI Governance Committee.
• Monitor regulatory landscape (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act) and update policies accordingly.
• Partner with AI Engineering, Data Governance, and AI Enablement to embed risk controls in delivery.
