Cambium Assessment, Inc. is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to guide AI governance, risk assessments, and secure development across our AI initiatives.

You will coordinate with software development, security testing, cloud infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards, privacy laws, and government frameworks. You will lead programs, manage multiple projects from requirements through deployment, advise executives, and drive continuous improvement in our security

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing AI/ML architectures and advising on governance, risk and compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 42001, NIST, EU AI Act and related standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead programs related to AI governance, risk assessments, and secure development of generative AI systems.
• Review customer requirements and regulatory obligations against AI usage.
• Advise on AI security and strategy decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage multiple improvement projects from requirements through deployment, ensuring security and privacy benchmarks.
• Create structure to manage AI agents and their activities; automate AI governance.
