Job summary

Instacart is hiring a Senior Retail Solutions Sales Executive to lead the commercial motion end-to-end at the intersection of enterprise sales and frontier AI. You will own complex engagements, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams while shaping pricing models and go-to-market strategy.

The role targets senior stakeholder engagement with retailers, emphasis on structured deal processes, and flexibility to work remote under a Flex First policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development with complex deals.
• Ability to structure and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Experience coordinating across legal, finance, information security, and executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with VP-level retailer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial motion end-to-end for AI engagements.
• Close multiple complex AI engagements from scoping to signed contracts.
• Ensure clean handoffs to delivery teams and accountability for commercial commitments.
• Maintain disciplined deal processes and provide market feedback to leadership.
