Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a senior software engineer to design and deploy AI resilience solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with customers to translate technical requirements into scalable architectures and guide production deployments.

You will build integrations, prototypes, and reusable tools while leading technical workshops and architecture discussions. Collaboration with Product and Engineering is essential to incorporate feedback and develop future

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 6+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in production-grade software development with Python and/or Java.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or backend development.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple layers of the technology stack.

Responsabilités

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and business goals.
• Design scalable AI solution architectures and guide customers through production deployments.
• Build integrations, prototypes, and reusable tools that accelerate customer success.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future product enhancements.
• Create documentation, reusable best practices, and technical assets for future deployments.
