Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• 4 years in technical marketing, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment and management in production environments.
• Linux and infra fundamentals: networking, storage, access controls, observability.
• Scripting for infra automation (Python, Go) or IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience creating technical presentations or docs for technical audiences.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and apply them to labs or customer scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product management to define readiness criteria.
• Produce technical assets such as white papers, deployment guides, demos, and workshops.
• Represent the product and technical strategy in customer workshops and executive briefings.
