Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to own the architectural direction for a distributed AI platform and drive cross-team execution. You will define specifications, decompose complex designs, and harden inter-service communication with zero-trust security.

You will lead remediation efforts, mentor senior engineers, and shape the AI-SDLC for scalable, secure workflows in production. Strong Go and Python skills, Kubernetes, and identity security are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE plus 12+ years of professional software engineering experience; or Master's with 8+ years; or PhD with 5+ years; or equivalent.
• 7+ years designing, building, and operating high-concurrency distributed backend microservices in production using Go and Python.
• 4+ years designing enterprise authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT, RFC 8693, mTLS).
• AI-SDLC experience leveraging code gen tools and agents for software development.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic runtimes, tool-calling interfaces, or MCP servers.
• Cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes with automated secret management and OpenTelemetry tracing.

Responsabilidades

• Write end-to-end technical specs and decompose designs into executable work streams.
• Harden service-to-service communication with cryptographic identity and zero-trust principles.
• Lead CVE remediation and production triage to maintain stability and security.
