Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 12 years of professional experience.
• Experience in technical marketing, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or platform/site reliability engineering.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters, including container orchestration, networking, and storage integrations.
• Experience developing infrastructure automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go) or infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience creating and delivering technical presentations or documentation for technical audiences.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, managing GPU clusters, model training pipelines, or AI-workloads placement within Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reference architectures and validated deployment patterns for AI-driven cloud infrastructure.
• Operate full-stack lab environments to validate Day 0, Day 1, and Day 2 workflows, including automation, scaling, and security controls.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to identify product gaps, resolve adoption blockers, and define technical readiness criteria.
• Produce technical assets such as white papers, deployment guides, demonstration videos, and workshops for internal and external audiences.
• Represent the product and technical strategy in customer workshops, executive briefings, and strategic industry forums.
