You will own full-cycle recruiting for researchers and engineers, from intake to close, while elevating Lila’s presence in top AI forums and venues.

You will drive sourcing through research conferences, publications, and non-traditional channels, ensuring a bias-free, high-signal candidate slate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical domains.
• Proven ability to attract passive AI/ML researchers.
• Strong understanding of ML research landscape and venues.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for AI/ML roles.
• Translate team needs into sourcing strategy and role calibration.
• Build a network of ML researchers through conferences and publications.
• Collaborate with leadership to map long-term AI/ML talent strategy.
