You will build prototypes, run user research, and translate feedback into market signals, while supporting founders during a 12-week Build program with practical product design and go-to-market work. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and founders to identify and validate new company ideas.
• Build prototypes to answer open questions, starting simple and adding complexity as needed.
• Run user research and translate learnings into market signals.
• Support 12-week Build program with hands-on product design and GTM work.
• Present findings to team and potential founders with clear decisions and next steps.
• Continuously learn from papers and technical writeups and fold insights into the next build.
