Amgen is seeking a Senior Director of AI Solution Architecture to define and lead the enterprise AI strategy, translating complex business needs into scalable AI products and platforms. You will partner with senior leaders across R&D, Operations, Commercial and corporate functions to scope large-scale initiatives and drive measurable ROI.

The role requires deep technical understanding of modern AI/ML methods, data platforms, cloud architecture, and governance, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years in AI, ML, data science, CS, or related fields; or

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI solution architecture strategy.
• Co-create high-impact AI solutions across R&D, Operations, Commercial and corporate functions.
• Develop blueprints connecting business objectives, data assets and platform capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
• Structure and hire the AI solution architecture team.
