Job summary

The role requires 8–10+ years in hybrid business/IT analysis within life sciences, familiarity with AI tools, and a strong grasp of Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, computer science, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar hybrid role in life sciences.
• Experience supporting or administering software/SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini).
• Understanding of AI tech stack concepts (RAG, GEO, LLMs, AEO).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex workflows into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements for Agile teams.
• Serve as day-to-day operational support for internal AI solutions, monitoring performance and adoption.
• Triage incidents and access/configuration issues related to AI platforms in partnership with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training for AI updates and rollouts.
• Prepare regular reports on AI solution performance and GEO monitoring insights.
