Job summary

Stemline Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an IT AI Product Owner to lead GEO-focused content accuracy and AI-enabled solutions across marketing, regulatory, and IT teams in New York.

You will translate complex workflows into actionable user stories and manage an agile backlog while ensuring regulatory compliance in life sciences. The role supports AI platforms, incident triage, and governance activities, with possible remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, CS, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience as a hybrid business/IT analyst in life sciences/pharma/biotech sectors.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini).
• Strong analytical skills; able to translate GEO monitoring into actionable insights.
• Experience with or willingness to learn regulatory review processes (MLR).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex workflows into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as day-to-day support for AI solutions (writing assistants, chatbots, copilots, analytics).
• Triage incidents, access requests, and configuration issues for AI platforms.
• Support AI governance, tool intake, and use-case inventory.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training materials for AI updates.
