Stemline Therapeutics Inc is seeking an IT AI Product Owner to drive GEO monitoring and optimization of AI-enabled business solutions. You will collaborate across IT, Marketing, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance in AI-driven search and answer engines.

The role demands strong business/IT analysis, experience with generative AI tools, and a track record in life sciences. Remote consideration may apply; base salary is competitive with market standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, computer science, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8-10+ years as a Business/IT/Digital Analyst hybrid role in life sciences/pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini).
• Understanding of GEO, AEO, NLP, SEO basics and data-driven monitoring.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with regulated industries and MLR processes.

Mansioni

• Translate complex workflows into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements for Agile/Scrum teams.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for internal AI solutions (writing assistants, chatbots, copilots, analytics platforms).
• Triage incidents, access requests, and configuration issues related to AI platforms with IT and vendors.
• Support AI governance activities including tool intake, risk/compliance reviews, and AI-use-case inventory.
• Coordinate UAT, release notes, and training materials for AI updates.
