The ideal candidate has over 5 years of product management experience with a strong coding background in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks. Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in coding and experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of data flow design and prompt engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of production-ready AI Agent applications.
• Identify high-impact use cases for LLMs.
• Define KPIs for AI success and track performance.
• Drive design and development of AI prototypes.
