Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned technical product manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Vault Medical. You will automate content lifecycle, speed medical review, and ensure compliance while coordinating with engineering, QA, and product teams.

You will lead AI orchestration, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering, with a focus on measurable ROI and cross-functional impact across Life Sciences workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong coding skills in Python with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs.
• Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
