Job summary

Averro is seeking a product leader to own AI-driven use cases across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing functions in a regulated setting. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, collaborating with data science and engineering to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.

You will translate complex business problems into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure governance, documentation, and auditability in line with GxP and MNPI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management across enterprise, data, or digital products.
• Hands-on AI-enabled analytics or automation delivery experience.
• Translate business problems into structured product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Comfort operating in matrixed, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI use cases.
• Translate problems into clear requirements and user stories across functions.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deliver AI solutions end to end.
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews for scalable AI capabilities.
• Ensure governance, controls, documentation, auditability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
