Job summary

ArtosAI is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-native products that transform how life sciences teams create, manage, and produce regulatory and scientific documentation.

You will partner with our founders, engineering, AI, design, implementation, and customer-facing teams to identify high-value problems, define product direction, and turn advances in AI into reliable, auditable products used in real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience building and shipping complex B2B software, ideally AI/enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of owning meaningful products from discovery through production and adoption.
• Experience with architecture, data, APIs, AI systems, and product tradeoffs.
• Strong understanding of modern AI products, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and using product data to drive prioritization.
• Excellent communication with technical teams, executives, customers, and domain experts.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for key areas of the Artos platform, especially cross-functional hand-offs, documentation, and quality testing.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Work with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers to understand regulatory and scientific workflows.
• Translate customer problems into requirements and technical priorities with engineering and AI teams.
• Define AI-powered experiences emphasizing accuracy, citations, traceability, evaluation, and human review.
• Lead product discovery and validation through interviews, workflow analysis, prototypes, experiments, and feedback.
• Make tradeoffs across customer needs, technical complexity, speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Support CS teams to define success metrics and measure customer outcomes.
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure new capabilities work in real customer environments and drive adoption.
• Develop understanding of the regulatory tech landscape and evolving customer expectations.
• Help establish PM practices for a fast-moving, early-stage AI company.
