Job summary
AstraZeneca is seeking a Product Line Lead for Clinical & Agentic AI to own the product line from proof of concept to GxP-validated use. You will set priorities, lifecycle gates and ensure regulatory controls are in place across the platform and its agents.
You will guide the CRA agent product owner, collaborate with clinical development, AI scientists, and IT, and drive governance for patient data usage and platform evolution in a regulated setting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, data science, computer science, engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in product management or leadership, incl. leading other product owners/managers.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated healthcare tech settings.
- Track record of taking a product from concept to validated production in regulated env.
- Familiarity with clinical operations processes and data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define and own strategy, roadmap and success measures for the clinical and agentic AI product line.
- Set lifecycle gates and evidence of value for decisions across line and engineering.
- Lead product owners and ensure each product has a roadmap, backlog and value case.
- Translate operations needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
