Averro is seeking a product leader to own AI-driven use cases across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing functions in a regulated setting. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, collaborating with data science and engineering to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities.

You will translate complex business problems into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure governance, documentation, and auditability in line with GxP and MNPI guidelines.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management across enterprise, data, or digital products.
• Hands-on AI-enabled analytics or automation delivery experience.
• Translate business problems into structured product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Comfort operating in matrixed, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI use cases aligned to business outcomes
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and user stories across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial functions
• Partner with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deliver AI-powered solutions end to end
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews to ensure production-ready, scalable AI capabilities
• Ensure AI solutions are designed with appropriate controls, documentation, auditability, and human-in-the-loop workflows per governance and compliance requirements (GxP, MNPI)
• Define and track success metrics spanning adoption, value realization, quality, and risk indicators

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of product management experience across enterprise, data, or digital products
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled, analytics, or automation solutions
• Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams
• Comfort operating in complex, matrixed, and regulated environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices
• Familiarity with regulated environments including GxP, clinical, quality, and regulatory workflows
• Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics
