The Senior Technical Product Manager role focuses on production-ready AI insights, with strong data literacy and MLOps experience, working with data scientists and engineers to drive clinical impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with ML and Data Science.
• 2+ years Product Management or related experience with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, data products, or clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to business and clinical stakeholders.
• 2+ years delivering product across full lifecycle with QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents and acceptance criteria for Data Science, Engineering and Leadership.
• Support Engineering and Data Science to implement features by clarifying requirements.
• Facilitate cross-team hand-offs and define data SLAs and contracts.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians to quantify business value and validate results.
• Define, track and analyze product performance metrics to drive ROI.
