Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with ML Engineering and Data Science.
• 2 years Product Management or related experience with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, data products or clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving consensus.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to business and technical teams.
• 2+ years end-to-end product lifecycle management and QA practices.
• 2+ years delivering results in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specifications for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Prioritize trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality during discovery.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners across teams.
• Confirm business value with clinicians and operations; quantify ROI.
• Validate model results with clinicians and support review/refinement.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to guide prioritization.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
