You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to turn data into practical, high-value healthcare insights. The role focuses on product strategy, go‑to‑production processes, MLOps, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable AI solutions that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.
• 5+ years of overall work experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years in product management or consulting with data science partners.
• Experience applying AI/data analytics to healthcare data.
• Ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements for Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with clinicians and data scientists to align value with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Establish data SLAs and interface contracts across teams.
• Track metrics to measure ROI and inform roadmaps.
• Lead Agile ceremonies for the data science scrum team.
