Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices across the firm. You will build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders, and create onboarding materials for the PM community.

You will lead customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy, while supporting lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience, with lifecycle leadership from ideation to delivery.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and modern tech stacks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools like ADO/JIRA/Trello.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain PM playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support planning and capability development.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing customer needs and technical constraints.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
