Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community, defining standards and best practices for AI-enabled products across the firm. You will coordinate with PMs, design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to ensure consistent delivery lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes customer discovery, market research, and shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmaps from ideation through delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with AI or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product management playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams with consistent delivery practices.
• Surface insights with PMOs and design/engineering leaders.
• Develop PRDs, business cases and feature specifications.
